I have been smiling since Election Night! I sat in my living room and watched history in the making, how awesome, definitely a "Do you remember where you were when...?"
I wanted to pass along this information given to me. Anyone interested in attending President-Elect Obama's Inauguaration should contact your US Congressman. It is my understanding that each Congressman has 300 tickets for this historic event and names will be drawn for these tickets.
As a Michigan resident, I called US Congressman John Dingell's office at (202)225-4071 to have my name and contact info taken. Congressman Dingell also has local numbers in Dearborn (313-278-2936), Monroe (734-243-1849) and Ypsilanti (734-481-1100).
