CONTRACT - IP Assistant

** This is a CONTRACT position


  • Electronic filing of IP Records
  • Working with Nintendo entities to collect authorship information
  • Collect information related to trademark use from others within Nintendo
  • Update trademark database, seizure database, enforcement target information, and customs databases
  • Assist in the review of information store in archives
  • TM registration certificate file organization and working with law firms to complete missing files
  • Copyright file organization and working with law firms to complete missing files
  • Handling express shipping and mailing of IP-related documents
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed
Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience
    in an office environment
  • Strong writing and verbal
    communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS
    Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power
  • Excelled organizational skills
    and effective ability to prioritize competing obligations for a variety of
  • Extreme attention to detail and
    high level of accuracy
  • Ability to juggle many tasks at
