DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Coordinates project activities to ensure successful progress and meeting of deadlines by using established PM tools and templates
  • Provides assessments of team and project performance and reports back to stakeholders and project sponsor/owner
  • Reports weekly to management on status updates and project metrics
  • Actively engages in ongoing process improvement (PDCA) as well as personal development
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of policies, procedures and workflows
  • Coordinates with internal and external groups as needed based on an agreed PM communication plan
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts while managing the project plan  
  • Actively supports a positive work culture and environment
  • Prepares materials for reports and executive presentations
  • Creates tools as needed to effectively coordinate multiple projects
  • Provides back up support of Material Planning and Change Control Board (CCB) business areas

Qualifications & Requirements
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 or more years’ experience with project management
  • Proven understanding of project management concepts, artifacts and best practices
  • Completion of a project management program
  • Familiarity with Nintendo and competitor products
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Projects
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid passport may be required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Project Management Certification preferred
