COACHING CORNER Breathing meditation is a great way to relieve stress and help you to refocus your attention. I recommend breathing meditation as a way of life because our breath/breathing is not only essential for natural life, but is also a connector from natural to spiritual.
Genesis 2:7, "Then the LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being.
Here is how to it works:
1. Sit in a quiet, peaceful place.
2. Quiet your spirit and concentrate on your breathing.
3. Inhaling slowly through your nostrils and exhaling through your mouth.
As you take these deep breaths, get rid of all the things that clutter your mind and concentrate on God. Reconnect your spirit to His Spirit through breathing meditations.
