The Detroit Free Press is reporting this week:
Habitat for Humanity Detroit is to sponsor a home-ownership fair
February 18 to recruit families for three and four bedroom homes being
built on the city’s east side.
The fair is set for 5:30 p.m.at the Samaritan Center, 5555 Conner
Street, Detroit, Michigan.
Habitat offers a 0% interest rate mortgage for qualified applicants
earning at least $22,000 per year. In addition, because the target area
is labeled a neighborhood enterprise zone, there is 15-year tax
reduction.
The homes come equipped with appliances compliments of Whirlpool.
