We are to spend time with God continually. In doing so, we are in the flow of His plan and schedule for our day.
We are not to wish and hope that everything comes together; we are to seek God for a fresh word each day. Seeking Him early in the day gives us a word in due season, a spoken word at the right moment (Proverbs 15:23). We cannot not succeed with His plan if we don't report to duty (to Him) in the morning to receive our instructions. If we seek Him early and diligently, we will find Him (Proverbs 8:17).
