There is a "Release" coming for the people of God.The Word tells us to pray-but not only to pray but to "pray for those that despitefully mistreat (misuse) us",Luke 6:28. Why? Because God is going to provide us w/ "release". Luke 1:69-75, tells us He has already sent it through His Son, Jesus. Be it on your job, in your house or even in ministry, 'release" is coming.
Psalm 71 opens with this plea for help "In Thee, O Lord, do I put my trust. Let me never be put to confusion.Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape;incline thine ear unto me, and save me.Be Thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort;Thou has given commandment to save me, for Thou art my Rock and my Fortress, deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.For Thou art my hope, O Lord God:Thou art my trust from my youth. By thee have I been holden up from the womb:Thou art He that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of Thee.(Because of You) I am a wonder unto many; But Thou art my strong refuge. (Ps 71:1-7) He goes on to speak of how his enemies have taken up cousel against him; they spoke that his God could not save Him-had forsaken him. He asked God "Be not far from me;make haste to help me; let them (mine enemies) be coonfounded (instead) & consumed",vs 10-13.He says, in vs 20-21: Thou, which hast showed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth. Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.Then He ends verse 24 by saying "For they (mine enemies) are comfounded, for they are brought to shame, that seek my hurt.
God has release for His people.No matter what the circumstance or the situation, there is release for you.It may not be a Giant (some great BIG army of Philistines) chasing you-seeking to destroy your life. But, there is an enemy out there. His name is Satan. And he has tried every way imaginable & unimaginable to snuff you out. But God! He is your Fortress, your Deliver, your Strong-Tower (Refuge).He is your Defense (Defender). He has you in every situation-regardless of the circumstance. His word says of Him His right hand will substain us (help us,uphold us), Isaiah 41:10. Say "Release has come". Read Psalms 46.
