Binding Up Wounds ~ Being Compassionate and Healing the Wounded
When we hurt someone and leave that person to bleed to death, is this right?
Here are some questions we can all answer.
1. If we know that someone has been hurt, do we try to help that person? What do we do when we know someone is hurting?
2. How much of a “Good Samaritan” are we?
3. What do we do with our wounded soldiers?
4. How compassionate are we?
5. How Christ-like are we in our walk with the Lord?
When we have delivered a deathblow to our fellow soldiers, do we care or do we leave them to die.
Do we leave our wounded to bleed to death or do we stop and help?
What is our focus in the Body of Jesus Christ?
What is our goal while we are here?
What purpose do we serve as we go around and flash our banners and titles telling the world that we are Christians?
Are we functional Christians or mere position-title holders?
Is it only to speak in tongues, get into as many Ministries of our own, sing in the choir, pay our tithes and walk around telling others
“I’m blessed
or
I’m too blessed to be stressed.”
How do we know that we are blessed?
Who blessed us?
What are we doing with our blessings?
With what are we blessed?
